“Everyone is always friendly and professional. Unfortunately I needed to do a TOD (transfer on death) for my accounts, but they were not able to do it because they were unsure of the procedure. I already had my son as the beneficiary and was told that's all I needed to do. But my attorney instructed me to have the TOD on my accounts. So as of now, not sure how to procede.”
