He was incredibly helpful, I was coming in with the unfortunate circumstances of having lost my phone kayaking and not only was he efficient and knowledgeable in getting a new phone, I could tell he was really trying to help me get a good deal and lower prices. He was putting me first, when it often feels like a salesman is putting themselves or their commissions first. Even when we were waiting or he was helping someone else while also trying to help me, he continued to keep the visit personal with myself and other customers- asking about our lives and what we do to really help us get the best device and deals possible. I’ve been to many Verizon’s and none have been as kind and helpful as this visit in speedway. Would highly recommended”

“We pulled up to the new location to look at a range that we saw on City Appliance's Facebook page. After chatting with RJ we learned that the range was actually at their old location, which was currently closed. He offered to drive over and open the store so we could take a look at it. We ended up purchasing the range, and RJ helped us load it into our trailer for the drive home. After a few weeks of waiting for parts to be delivered/installed to convert from natural gas to propane, we found that there was a bad part (from the factory) that did not allow the range to ignite the burners. City Appliance's normal policy would be to have us bring the range back to the store (because we live over an hour away) to have their technicians inspect and repair the unit. The store owner, Jonathan, allowed us to have a local technician repair the unit and reimbursed us the cost of the parts and labor. I very much recommend this store due to their great inventory, and better customer service!”

“Jim came out to assess the best spot for the antenna. Two days later he was back to install it. He did a great job for a reasonable price. It looks very neat and tidy. We went from 35 channels that didn't come in very well to 95 crisp and clear channels!
