However, all the data (photos, texts, etc) I had on my old phone had not been backed up. Robert took one look at my phone and told me that all I needed was a new screen! “I had an amazing experience with a man I believed was named Joel. He was incredibly helpful, I was coming in with the unfortunate circumstances of having lost my phone kayaking and not only was he efficient and knowledgeable in getting a new phone, I could tell he was really trying to help me get a good deal and lower prices. He was putting me first, when it often feels like a salesman is putting themselves or their commissions first. Even when we were waiting or he was helping someone else while also trying to help me, he continued to keep the visit personal with myself and other customers- asking about our lives and what we do to really help us get the best device and deals possible. I’ve been to many Verizon’s and none have been as kind and helpful as this visit in speedway. Would highly recommended”

Isaac diagnosed my problem in short order. Opened the back of the case and proved the battery failure's obvious bulge to me.
He ordered a new battery, then called me to let me know it was in. I came to CPR in their last hour. Isaac' repair was clean and tight even with charge on the new battery!
My Samsung Note 20 is running like a top, again! N.B. I paid 1/2 down to order the new battery and Steve collected the balance and tax when my phone was repaired.
I hope you can see this as a positive recommendation for CPR.”

My car broke down in the lot and I went inside to ask if I could leave my car in the lot for some time until I was able to get it fixed.
