“I had an amazing experience with a man I believed was named Joel. He was incredibly helpful, I was coming in with the unfortunate circumstances of having lost my phone kayaking and not only was he efficient and knowledgeable in getting a new phone, I could tell he was really trying to help me get a good deal and lower prices. He was putting me first, when it often feels like a salesman is putting themselves or their commissions first. Even when we were waiting or he was helping someone else while also trying to help me, he continued to keep the visit personal with myself and other customers- asking about our lives and what we do to really help us get the best device and deals possible. I’ve been to many Verizon’s and none have been as kind and helpful as this visit in speedway. Would highly recommended”

“This isn't even about the actual store. I just wanted to highlight the people working in the store. My car broke down in the lot and I went inside to ask if I could leave my car in the lot for some time until I was able to get it fixed.
