However, the terminal and lot areas have some issues. The parking lot is small, tight, and sometimes difficult to back into, with limited availability. The lot has been patched but remains crowded and challenging. Shower facilities are available, with good water pressure, but the floors often get wet, and the towels and laundry machines are not clean, smelling like urine. Laundry facilities are poorly maintained and rarely fixed when broken. Some management staff are friendly and helpful, but others are less sympathetic and more focused on policies than individual concerns.
Overall, Crete Carrier is seen as a good company with a caring culture and strong support for its drivers and staff, despite some location and facility shortcomings.
Nice big parking lot, the shop and the mechanics are a good bunch. Had A service done here. Was in the shop 0800 out before noon. Not much to brag on when it comes to showers, but I'm grateful they have 4 showers. All around good experience. Thank you Indi shop

Home terminal so I have a bias - it's a good team here and the only complaint I have is the yard is often too limited in size. A separate but dedicated employee car lot is needed too. Grateful for services/amenities available.
