Utterly inept and non-communicative. I had an issue with the insurance, but no one notified me until my prescription had run out. I had to resolve the issue that was very clearly due to a misunderstanding on the part of the pharmacy and was something they should have been able to resolve.

I was given wrong amount of medication and after reporting I was given the run around they're careless not all of them but few who are in charge are careless
