The lady that helped us was very rude and unprofessional. We wanted to order the dress off of the website and ship it to our house and she threw a fit about it. She also lied to us about how quickly the dress would ship to us just because she wanted us to order it from there. She was very unkind to my mom.

Super helpful, the whole staff are friendly with everyone, there is a good team dynamic. Helped takinf my dresses to dressing room. Amy from the register area helped me pick out the dresses I needed walked through and even helped pick dresses I like in colors and gave opinions which was super helpful! She was amazing and uplifting. This location is 10000% better than greenwood! 100% would recommend them any day! Atmosphere here is soothing, and reassuring, and not tense. I appreciate your team!

Even though it was a busy Saturday, Prestina never made me feel rushed or pressured and spent over an hour helping me try on dresses. And she picked out the dress I ended up buying! It was an excellent experience and she deserves a raise. :)
