Got a fishing pole for my little girl and it broke almost instantly..HOWEVER the staff here were more than happy to let me exchange it. Not only that, but they educated me on good buys for her, got a protection plan and $6 back on my card! Excellent staff and help here, thank you for making my little girls birthday!
