And we have ridden it at least 5 miles if not 3 times that every day since. Staff was great they were a little short handed on a Monday when I was there but one of the mechanics helped me out. Being a mechanic myself he was the right salesman for me.”

The problem is as soon as I bought the shoe I realized the shoe company was running a clearance sale and I could get the shoe for $60 cheaper online (for certain colors) directly from the shoemaker. Runners Forum let me return the shoe, no issues, no questions asked and were incredibly understanding. I will definitely be buying my NEXT pair of shoes from them!”

“So I hope this finds the lady who helped me today.. please let me know if it does!! I went into the store about two weeks ago looking for the pants I had on, the only pants I like to wear. A lady helped me and she was so nice and kind but they didn't have my size, so this lady ordered them online for me. The pants came in the mail, and both pants were the wrong size. One was the wrong style. (Which I didn't notice at all)I don't know who's at fault, the lady at the store for ordering wrong or when they packaged them. I took the pants back today to the store to return. I had my account where it shows I just ordered pants, I had my receipt that showed I ordered pants, and i had the bag they were mailed in. But I had taken tags off ONE pair and have zero idea where that tag is. So, at this point, they say they can't return. After this young lady had to deal with me, deal with customer service calls, she still stayed so calm and sweet. She ended up getting someone else, and they gave her authorization to just do a return. But.... after all this, she went above and beyond and didn't do a return she went and found two pairs of pants for me, and I was able to just exchange them. :) This is the only place our family buys jeans, so I'm so happy she was able to help us and keep us loyal customers. Thank you, whoever you were, and I hope I wasn't too bratty. Only thing I would suggest is to the first lady. Please check the computer to see if pants are already in store before having me order them. I found out this was a thing tonight. If she had just looked, maybe just maybe this whole thing could have been avoided.”

The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
