Sullivan's is at the top for local plant selection and shopping atmosphere. Prices are a little high on their outdoor furniture, etc., but overall, a great local company!

This place is quick and convenient to get things. You may need or you have forgot when working on projects services. Nice nice young people in there doing good things without getting in trouble. L o l places very clean they are very helpful

In my opinion all hardware stores should be like this -- neighborhood focused, great employees, clean, old fashioned and convenient. I moved from the neighborhood but have never found a better hardware store anywhere. They deserve over 5 stars.

I mean seriously if you need a hometown hardware store this is where you need to go. As the flagship store they have more of a hometown feel then the superstore on Keystone (even though I like that one too). The store on Pennsylvania is located smack dab in the middle of the South Broadripple neighborhood and every time I go in there, even if it's for a five dollar item, one of the associates walks me to where it is on the shelf! Hometown service with a smile!

It's more than a hardware store. They have different events all throughout the year at each location. I love taking my grandkids to ride the train in fall and at Christmas. It's so festive during Christmas. They even have a restaurant inside. The employees are always helpful and friendly. If I lived closer I'd probably get a part time job there. Get on their website and check out everything. They have the best selection of Christmas trees too. Can't say enough good things about them.

Very nice hardware and small garden store ! They had red mums which made us happy. The workers were polite and pleasant. This place is a hidden gem.

Very personable staff. I had an old lamp repaired for reasonable price. Dog friendly.
