Sullivan Hardware & Garden is a fantastic hometown hardware store with a beautiful garden center and a fantastic inventory. It is a neighborhood-focused, old-fashioned, and convenient place that is quick and convenient for project needs. The store is very clean and provides a great local shopping atmosphere. It is more than a hardware store, hosting different festive events throughout the year and even featuring a restaurant inside. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and provides excellent hometown service, often walking customers directly to items. While prices can be a little high on some items like outdoor furniture, they have the best local plant selection and the best selection of Christmas trees. It is a small store with a big impact, deserving over five stars.
It's nice to see a non-chain store. Especially a hardware store that's as nice as this one. The people there are wonderful. Help like you used to get. Not something you get in a Lowe's

They had their houseplants on sale yesterday so I snagged some up. Good people who are knowledgeable.

EDIT: And now they have bike parking! (Albeit poorly positioned & hard to access/use.)
