About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Indianapolis, IN, offers a convenient solution for those in need of a rental vehicle, whether for errands, repairs, or trips. Customers have reported a very easy and smooth rental process from start to finish. The staff is described as helpful, professional, and polite, making pick-up and drop-off hassle-free. Many reviews highlight the excellent customer service, with some mentioning specific staff members who go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
However, there have been instances where the loaner vehicles were not ready for use, such as a strong chemical odor from a car that had undergone treatment. While the team was responsive in offering a solution, customers hope future vehicles undergoing such treatments will be properly aired out first.
