I have delt with the west 16th st location for a few years and has never had any issues. The current staff, Cassi and the other staff members were very professional.

Everyone can have a bad day and i had one but thank God for Justin he made sure I was satisfied with everything and made sure my first experience at this location wouldn't be my final look at this location and I totally appreciate that big ups to Justin
