  Facility Staff was very nice when checking in and during check out process. Make sure to put down TONS of mouse poison. We found several dead mice in the unit and there was mouse poo-poo on much our stuff.

  I’m a returning Extra Storage customer upon my return I met Michelle. Who helped me out quickly. I moved out the next day and weeks later Michelle was doing a follow up with me about my unit which she wasn’t informed about. She was able to get me a refund on my unit. Thank you Michelle!
