About Extra Space Storage
The staff was very nice when checking in and during the check out process.
The unit had mouse poison put and several dead mice and mouse poo-poo on stuff.
The staff was very helpful with storage needs, always pleasant and friendly to speak with.
The customer was able to make contact when needed assistance and was notified promptly about minor water damage, which was resolved in a timely manner.
The professional staff was quickly assisting with any questions and get a refund on a unit later with a follow up.
The location was easy to moved into the unit, very helpful and friendly, and Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
