I've never had a storage unit before so I had a lot of questions.
Tammy, the Manager, and a trainee, Mileena, greeted me with smiles when I showed up.
Tammy was very polite, funny, and she seemed like a favorite aunt that I had never met. She was very clear on explaining the process, where my unit was, and had some great advice. She legit had me laughing 🙂
Mileena showed none of the nervousness of a first-day trainee and was super friendly, held eye contact, smiled, spoke clearly, was attentive to Tammy, and was honest about it being her first day.
I have never held a storage unit and to be honest...this is a very unsure time in my life, personally. When I showed up to the storage unit I was all smiles but underneath the surface I felt sad and a little scared of my near future.
Tammy and Mileena helped me feel a lot better that day, more than they could have ever known, and I am thankful. We need more people like them.

Tammy was great - move in went fairly smoothly. The only suggestion would be to have more than one dolly per building. That said, the moving truck had their own (so I didn't ask yet if one can be borrowed. Did walk entire length of building to check for another). There is only a built in cubby space for one dolly, no other cars or people present using any. Would bring your own or go during office hours - I am sure they can bring one from another building.

Had great customer service experience talking with Tammy. Got me set up with automatic payments in seconds and was such a sweetheart to talk to. 10/10 and the facilities themselves are so easy and convenient to use.

Very professional service! Mileena was training, and seeing it was her first time renting helped me out with everything and Tammy who was the trainer did a great job assisting her! Love this location!
