We enjoy going to the store to check out what’s going on. We get the sale emails as they come out and try to check out the store. My wife and daughter have really started to like the produce line.

Absolutely the worst answering machine I've ever had to respond to. "Not sure I understand this correctly, what's the first and last name on this account." Literally trash. First and only question I've ever heard from the call. I answered like 12 times in a single call and got the same answer. No way to talk to a human without her blocking me and refusing to understand. Absolutely useless. *EDIT:

First time going into their store and they had a sale. The lady told me I could be a vip. I asked how much does that cost? She said it’s free. Fast forward a month later and I get a charge on my cc. What a scam. I will never do business with them again.

Stay away from any membership. I was a member for a couple years. They quit sending you a reminders to skip your credit and would not refund the credit after they told you they would start resending you Reminders again. Very sneaky scam. The Credit they give you is not as good as their normal deals for everybody else. Asked for a refund on my credit after they told me they would send me a reminder and they denied it.

I went in for an exchange from an online order. I was helped with such kindness and speed from Asia I appreciated the experience. All the staff seemed very helpful and assertive to do so.

Love the clothes and good with returns... Even tho the returns do take quite a long time to complete each time I had to change a size from an online order.

I have ordered numerous products from Fabletics. I can't tell you how much I like their lined shorts and joggers. My issue with Fabletics is the fact that not once have I ever received a correct order. Every single time there is an issue, typically an item of clothing the wrong size but I have also received a pair of shorts with the pockets sown shut. This is unacceptable, you cannot charge this much for athletic clothing and fail to have attention to detail in shipping and quality control. This is my main reason for leaving the VIP program.

When I want to "skip" a month the option does not appear. I was forced to use the credit that was charged to my account. If it happens again I will cancel. And it's too bad because I really like the Fabletics products.

Truly wish I could give 0 stars. If you're a member as a man, keep scrolling because this will work out just fine for you. But if you're a woman, seriously do not bother or waste your money. Trying to find an "outfit" to use a credit on is nearly impossible, the sizing is beyond whack, and trying to exchange things is apparently rocket science. With all due respect, I truly do not have a single nice thing to say about this store.

This review is for the in store customer service. I came in the check my sizing before ordering online. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a clothing store.Asia was super helpful. I gave her a specific size I wanted to try and she pulled out that size and the next couple close sizes. While I was trying things on, she asked about the fit and then brought by the next size, till I was happy with with it. Definitely above and beyond. :D

Great experience! For the quality, you can't beat the membership prices. The employees that helped me out were very patient and friendly when I needed specific sizing from the back. Will definitely come back!

The customer service was average. I had to greet the staff in order for them to come from behind the counter. There were about 4-5 staff hanging out chilling in the same spot. I didn't feel the vibe in the store. I really felt like I could have just shop online. Well I did just that because I couldn't find anything that appealed to me. It could be the way the floor plan was organized. I found a few things and ordered on May 9th and it is now May 21st roughly 12 days later and I still do not have my items. It is expected to arrive by the 23rd of May. I have tried with Fabletics, and I just can't anymore with them. I will no longer shop there, and I can careless about what celebrities they have promoting their brand. Membership will be closed and not worth it. If you order online becareful because your top may come from a different factory or inventory than the bottom. I have quite a few outfits and though the color is supposed to be the same it is always a few shades off.

Totally frustrated with this website every time I log in. It's either constantly stalling out and freezing up, inventory never in on what I want to order in my size and today it appears to be totally down with some message about being so busy I have to wait in line to shop!!!! Want to pause the month-funny how site is always having troubles especially during days to pause the month!!! Also put on a new pair of leggings today that I bought and fought them rolling down at the waste the entire workout camp!!
