I always trust your service people!! They tell me their best guess for what the service will cost. It is usually right on or less. They call me with any additional costs that may have been found. That's huge!! The car wash is the best!!

Steve in service did a great job addressing the issues with my car. Falcone VW is the best place in Indy to have your VW serviced.

We had come to Falcone after being treated poorly at Bob Rohrman in Lafayette. We walked out on a deal with them after the final straw of them trying to slip an extended warranty into our purchase without our consent and then lying about it and basically telling us we wasted their time. We drove straight to Indy to Falcone after seeing all the good reviews and confirming you had the car we wanted. Ended up buying a brand new car for the same price as the used 4 year old car they tried to sell us. Everyone we dealt with was upfront and honest. Absolutely will recommend Falcone to anyone we know looking for a new vehicle and we will definitely come back for our next purchase.

After wrecking my 2010 Forester due to horrible winter driving conditions, I knew that finding a replacement vehicle quickly was my best option. Being that my insurance provider was backlogged with claims and I was starting a new job in Indianapolis within a week, the search for another Subaru was on.Fortunately, my search lasted all of one hour after arriving at Falcone Subaru. I took a short time to browse the showroom and Chase was there to answer any and all of my questions regarding a 2014 Impreza. He really is well versed with the product line and Chase’s willingness to help and inform the customer should not go unnoticed.Without a doubt, Falcone Subaru has their act together. It was simply prompt and genuinely courteous service without any pressure on the prospective buyer. We settled on a very agreeable price, took care of the paperwork and sealed the deal. I really cannot say enough on how enjoyable my car buying experience was at Falcone Subaru. The staff really knows how to make the purchasing process a pleasant one.Falcone Subaru’s stellar reputation is truly well deserved.

Like other previous reviews my experience was horrible. The customer service and staff are incredibly rude, dismissive and condescending. I will never work with this dealership.

2006 Saab 9.3 to replace low-beam light bulbs I was surprised how affordable it was and it only took 30 minutes to complete (plus, I got a free car wash)!Love Falcone!

Buyers Beware. They will treat you very well through the sales process, but if you have any issues afterwards they will make it very clear how little they care. In May we bought a brand new Atlas SEL Premium R-Line. In 6 months since then we have been inundated. First the touch screen often doesn't work. It just says "initializing" and you can't do anything to get it out of that mode. You cannot change the radio station or use navigation. We called them to explain the problem, and they told us a restarting procedure. They said it was a known issue with that vehicle. They did not tell us about that "known issue" when we purchased it. They told us there would eventually be a software patch. There has yet to be. A couple of months into ownership my wife tries to close the sunroof and it will not close all of the way. After messing with it back and forth she eventually gets it to close, and just leaves it closed so she isn't stuck with it open. We decided to just forgo using the sunroof until we go in for our initial service and get it looked at then. Next issue - Two weeks ago the coolant light comes on. I checked the coolant level and it was low. We make an appointment to have the coolant system and the sunroof fixed. They told us there still was no fix for the faulty touchscreen. Falcone calls my wife and informs her that the coolant has been topped off and pressure checked. The sunroof is also fixed. The problem with the sunroof was that the bolts weren't tightened all the way at the factory! On the two hour drive back from the dealership our 8,000 mile car breaks down. It goes into limp mode, and I had to go pick my wife up on the side of the road. Roadside assistance asks us to limp it back to our house where they will pick it up and tow it to another dealer (Kerry), closer to our home. Kerry checks out the car and informs us that a loose spark plug caused the car to go into limp mode. They also told us that they had to fill up the coolant (either Falcone never did it, or it is still broken). At this point I don't feel good about this car at all. I wan to work something fair out with them that leaves both parties happy. I have given them ample opportunity to offer something. I made my first call on 11/10/2022, and talked to Steve, and explained to him everything, and that I wanted out of the car. He told me that would be something that would have to be run by Chase Falcone (the owner's son), but he understood where I was coming from and would push for Chase to offer something to make it right. He said that he would have Chase call me back on Monday 11/14/2022. Chase did not call. I have called multiple times since then to try to work out a resolution, to no avail. I was told that Chase was out sick, every time I called back. Finally Chase called me 11/23/2022. Nine days after I was originally promised a call. The call was pretty quick, as Chase was very arrogant and quick to explain that he had no interest in helping me. He told me that they were not buying cars right now. I asked if they made any exceptions when they have sold a defective car to someone. He said they make no exceptions. He actually recommended that I sell the car to Carmax or Carvana. I was very calm and polite, but told him in a matter of fact type of way, that I was going to have to leave negative revues, that I didn't want to leave. He got very defensive, and told me that, "Threatening him doesn't work." There was no reason for his aggressive arrogant behavior. Again, these guys will treat you fine when you are buying a car. Don't expect them to care at all after the fact.

Ryan in service was a complete ass. Made several off color remarks to my wife when she brought our ascent in for repairs and then when confronted he suggested I "meet him after work"'..? Really just threaten me ? Who does that ??? Steer clear

With regard to the Service Department I have always had a great experience with Steve on the Volkswagen side. Always polite and attentive to my concerns. However the advisors on the Subaru side leave much to be desired with their attitude and people skills. Talking down to you, seem bothered your there and leaving you hanging on the counter waiting and waiting and waiting. It truly is hard to believe that such a night and day attitude exists between the two all the while under the same Falcone name and roof. Personally dread dealing with Subaru service advisors. Volkswagen side gets an A+.
