Footworks is a small but well-stocked store known for its excellent customer service and polite staff. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable sales team who provide personalized assistance, including foot measurements and trying on different footwear. The store offers a good variety of steel-toed boots and shoes, ideal for construction workers, along with some steel-toe tennis shoes and safety coats. While prices may be a bit higher, the positive shopping experience and easy access from the west side of Indy make it a favored choice for work shoes. I wish every store operates like this one. Excellent customer service and very polite. Been coming here for a couple years now and plan to return everytime i need shoes for work. Great selection as well.
