They are no longer available for purchase by the vendor, and because I have worn them so much just too worn out to wear. The cork was just busted. I have looked for someone to repair these shoes for years still wearing them Racchety! I finally found CENTO shoes, and they did a remarkable job! I couldn't be more thrilled with the work, the communication, the shipping and the price! 10 STAR!”

The clerk first measured my foot (how many of you have guessed your shoe size and get it wrong ordering online?) and asked what I wanted and pulled several pairs from stock. She put them on and what a difference it made from my previous shoes!! I was standing up a bit straighter than before and the fit was perfect. They have shoes from all the major manufacturers and I'm sure they can order whatever they don't have in stock. I highly recommend you visit these folks. They have been around for a long time and indeed it's rare to find a full service shoe store. Congrats for your fine store!!”

“Awesome experience. I went to the mall to get shoes and was so frustrated on the lack of care from employees. I’m New to the area and looked up shoe stores near me, and this place popped up… I went in and was automatically greeted by Riley who then helped me find the perfect shoes for me, she was very patient and helped me find the sizes for anything I wanted to look at, she didn’t try to upsell me to the most expensive pair. Instead helped me find the pair she thought would actually fit my needs… Highly recommend shopping here, believe family owned business with great prices and staff”

He is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He wants you to have what you need but doesn’t try to upsell you just to make a buck. Come see Gino for all your footwear needs!”
“I’ve both shopped and sold here. Both experiences were great. The prices are pretty good for the quality you get. I don’t feel any price gouging when I’m here. They are discerning about what they take, but I have no trouble finding cool items when I’m there. I usually look for unique hoodies when thrifting.
In terms of selling, the cash back is also good. I didn’t really know what to expect, but overall the amount received was worth it to me. I was able to drop off the clothes, run my other errands and pick up my offering.
I don’t know the staff members by name, but I just want to say the entire staff is attentive, organized, and polite. For a newer store, you all are doing great! I look forward to seeing you all soon!”

Went in prepared to get one type of shoe, but Jeremy, (who’s awesome btw), pulled out something different. He also added insoles for me. When I tell you these are the best, most comfortable shoes, that’s an understatement. I left with them on and walked around for a couple of hours; with no pain in my ankles or feet! I didn’t even want to take them off when I got home. I’ll be going back in a few weeks to get another pair. THANK YOU JEREMY!”

“I decided to come to this store because all of the great reviews it has. I was amazed at the great service I received by Jeannie and how she treated me like we were old friends I just met her and she was a breath of fresh air we ordered a couple pieces because she didn’t have what I needed in stock and I was excited the pieces fit perfect we knew I would return one piece because of ordering 2 but she was so kind and understanding but yesterday when returning it she greeted me happy cheerful knowing I was there to make a return she was concerned when I told her we ordered the wrong bottoms we ordered a textured bottom instead of the just black ones the other manager was trying to help us knowing I was leaving soon and asked the lady behind the counter if we could do anything to expedite it that’s when she rudely said I’m a district manager and I can’t give something away for free call customer service I made the comment that I didn’t expect anything. Truth is the managers were trying to take care of the customer
She then made a comment to Jeannie about scanning a ticket to make sure we don’t mess up and order the wrong thing cost they didn’t have it in stock the reason Jeannie ordered the wrong bottoms is because I said that’s what I wanted when I saw it on the computer she gave me multiple options it was my mistake but to take it to the extreme of making her look bad in front of customers was unacceptable as far as I am concerned Jeannie and the other manager I believe her name was Penny deserve more then 5 starts for not letting that rude disrespectful district manager affect how they handled they’re customers but I would rethink who you have as district managers you will lose great managers and Jeannie didn’t deserve to be disrespected especially in front of customers the district manager deserves a 0 starts review”

“I bought a couple items through their online store and had a great experience!
I had been looking for a particular hoodie and my search lead me to their online store. The hoodie was sold as part of a set that included the matching sweatpants and the price for the bundle was such a deal that I called the store to make sure, as the price listed would have been reasonable for just the hoodie alone.
The person I spoke with was very polite, professional and took their time with me. They checked the online store, then went through the items they had in store and ensured that they had exactly what I wanted. They even said that they would hold the items at the register and if I placed the order online before 12PM, that they could send it out that same day. I was very happy with all of this so I placed the order as soon as I hung up.
Sure enough, minutes later, I received an email that the shipment was on the way.
