You lock the doors early, and yell out at cars as they pull up that you're closing soon? Who does this? I wasn't even coming to shop. I was coming to pick up my child who works here. Everytime I come to this store you all are rude and unprofessional. Really questioning whether or not I should even allow my child to work in this environment anymore.

nicely organized store with fair prices. goodwills have usually gotten out of hand lately with their pricing but this one was not. employees were all friendly as well. when the lines got long, they called more people up to the register. I would shop there again!

When dropping off a lot of decent items today at the Goodwill in fishers Indiana on 96th St., I was met by some of the most seemingly annoyed and frustrated employees I can remember coming across. This happened a year ago as well, but I just wrote it off as an employee having a bad day. Today, the two employees barely spoke when asked where they would prefer items be placed, and just pointed. When I was about halfway through unloading the items for giveaway, they kept asking “is that it” and “ are you done “ every time I would make a quick trip to the car trunk and back. I’m sure they deal with people trying to give away junk or garbage often and perhaps that makes them dislike the work but this was such an uncomfortable and negative experience that don’t think I will give sellable items to Goodwill in the future and we’ll stick with yard sales or giving it to a local mission. I truly felt burdensome by literally giving free stuff that will definitely sell. Not sure if these employees need to be paid more or what the problem is, but Goodwill as a company needs to be more respectful of people who actually are getting away decent items

The store is clean and well organized. The prices for clothes are reasonable. The books are overpriced at this location at $4-$5 per book.

I shop @ goodwill all over the state, except this one. I can’t use my phone number for points without getting hassled about it. Every. Freaking. Time. And the employees do NOT understand the new rewards system, so when you try to explain WHY you want to use your rewards card, they are snotty and mumble about it not doing anything. This is the day crew, I’m never there past 2pm.
