About Greyhound: Bus Station
Greyhound: Bus Station is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. The location is decent-sized with clean rooms and facilities, and plenty of plug-in space. However, the atmosphere can be sketchy, especially after hours, due to the clientele. Some customers have reported seeing homeless people outside and police in the parking lot, making the overall experience less than ideal. Despite these drawbacks, the station is generally seen as a decent place to travel from, with one employee particularly fond of the Greyhound travel experience. They believe it's a great way to meet diverse people and take in the country's scenery, which can't be found in air travel. On the other hand, some customers have had negative experiences, with the station being described as filthy and not well-maintained. The staff at the information desk has also been criticized for their poor customer service, with one customer reporting that the lady at the desk talks too fast and waves people away. Overall, the Greyhound: Bus Station seems to provide a mixed bag of experiences, with some customers finding it to be a decent and serviceable option, while others have had more negative experiences with the cleanliness, atmosphere, and customer service.

Not the cleanest or safest place I’ve been to as far as public and paid transportation. Especially at night. I know safety can be a concern at anytime but you see more police activity during daylight hours.

Excellent and friendly customer service. The only thing o didn't like is that you can smell dirt nasty feet when you walk in, possibly the homeless
