This place was something out of a horror movie!!!! The lights are dim . The place stinks of urine. Trash EVERYWHERE . There are bums everywhere either sleeping or walking around . I felt unsafe being at this bus station. This place needs ALOT of renovation and security. I don’t understand why people are not ticketed when they first walk in . They just allow anyone to come in there . The staff is very unprofessional can’t get any help on the status of your bus. Our bus was delayed 3 times!!!This was my first and LAST time riding greyhound NEVER EVA EVA again!!!! Please avoid!!!

It hurts my feelings to not rate a company that puts people to work. But it makes me feel better knowing that I can be honest about the service that I received. Well, at the least, the bathroom was clean. But the sad part is that the bathrooms were to clean to harbor Greyhound and affiliates employees, the drivers were rude, the ticket master was rude, and everyone that I witnessed trying to speak to someone as in Greyhound and its affliates about where they should be, all they got, and all we got was a attitude, and these tickets were not cheap, we missed our bus out Nashville, TN to Louisville, KY because no one wanted nor cared to help us, the nicest person I've met all day was the black lady from Nashville, that sold me another ticket for the 5 o'clock bus from Nashville to Louisville Kentucky, as a 22 year trucking veteran I would never treat my customers, or clients, the way Greyhound and affiliates treat their people, I am in over $600.00 for me and my Helper to go from Dothan, AL to Columbus, OH to pick up our truck. And we feel as if we have been disrespected all day, and I am not satisfied with the service we have received by one bit. Thanks for reading my thoughts. And I only gave one star because of the Black Lady or ticket master, that made sure we got on the right bus at 5 a.m. this morning.

I passed through here last month on my way from Chicago to Ohio. People were stranded in the bus station for 12 hours due to a bus breakdown somewhere to the west. These poor people had no idea how long they'd have to wait, and no way to get rebooked. They couldn't even leave the station, in case this mystery bus arrived. The system is broken. In any reasonable system, there would be agents working at the station, they would have actual answers, they would provide housing in case of a delay, and they'd contact the delayed people with updates, so you could get out of the station to get a meal, for example.

There was a worker, a black woman being racist to a Latino man who couldn’t understand what she was saying. She repeated over the speaker 4 times that we needed to have our headphones for the entirety of the trip (completely agree) but she proceeded to tell us that if we didn’t listen she would find a place on the side of the road and leave us there. Who says this? Nasty human being in customer service. I’m sure by this review many of you will know who she is once you encounter her.

THIS LOCATION IS THE PRIMARY SUBJECT OF WHAT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE NEWS.this is probably on the top 10 of worst Greyhound stations. If you get delayed expect 20 bums to come in and bug you for money, and it'll be the same bums every night. Your guys bathrooms were so nasty id rather eatYou burnt the hell outta me, 5 different ticket numbers and 4 delays or cancellations, I started in Indy and I'm sitting in st Louis now because these morons don't communicate and the leave early or don't show up at all. This is only the start, my and my wife are making a multi page report about this company and submitting it the every news network! Yalls unprofessionalism is about to catch up not just for me but for everyone y'all burn. Drive or take a plane, Greyhound has there thumb jammed in there nose

They Don’t want you to ask questions, they are nasty people! They don’t care or tell you anything about their operation (delay)., one lady said nothing and one lady relieved her and said we had to call customer service and rebook! And we were supposed to already have done that! People were left behind and there were empty seats on the bus, I was lucky to get on. I had listened to a driver and he said incorrect information to me as to how we got to Indianapolis and stuck! The main floor we sat on was filthy dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months!

I can't even give it one star. ?? It is a bad terminal people hanging out at the door smoking and doing drugs and in between the doors so whatever they are smoking comes into the terminal!! No working elevator and we had a group with us that some people had a lot of trouble walking up stairs. I was told the elevator broke several times just recently. One person in the group he was going to contact the mayor and another person was thinking about suing the city. To top it off there wasn't any toliet paper for the paying customers and the lady at the counter for Amtrack said if we couldn't get up the stairs we weren't getting on the train. WOW!!

I was just overly harassed this morning at this station. I was sitter waiting for my connecting bus a rude middle aged man walked screaming rudely to people , then he walked up to me and asked for my ticket. I was embarrassed and he claimed to be police with no ID on him. Another walked up to me demanding for my ticket by 5:10 am in the morning when asked why am I being singled out, he asked are do you want to travel or not cos you about being thrown out. Please how about organizing yourselves properly? Your bus stinks of poop and urine, your terminals are egregiously filthy. Your Bathrooms are broken. Instead of treating responsible humans like touts, how about treating people with more dignity and respect. I was quietly seated, not causing any nuisance. Well dressed, did not look homeless so would these walk up to me to harass me and threatening to throw me out of the bus terminal even when I have not spoken. This is too obnoxious for a business. The driver who brought me from Indianapolis, a female was terribly rude. He started the journey and then took us back to the terminal with no apologies. Her reason was that her wheels are not balanced. It is your duty to ensure that the wheels are balance before you slate a bus for a trip and before you let your passengers board in the first place. Why are people being harassed in your terminals. If I am not allowed to sit and wait for my bus same should be communicated to me on my ticket. If you do these checks too I should be informed before hand that I would be approached by a random and rude fellow, not in a uniform nor identification requesting to see my receipts.

Entering the bus station feels like you’ve crossed through a portal into another world. Being there at the crack of dawn adds another element of confusion and chaos. My bus got delayed by 5 hours and I ended up having to cancel, but doing so with the woman at the Amtrak desk was very easy and I got my refund quickly. My concerns are mainly cleanliness and a need for clear communication about delays and cancellations. I also wonder what type of security is in place at this station. As I was leaving around 7:30 am, a man with a scowl and a baseball bat was walking quickly and determinedly into the station. He then held the door for my sister and I and welcomed us “to the city.” We are already from the city. The sentiment was midwestern-nice and also confusing as he continued into the station with his baseball bat and I wondered if he was going to beat someone up. I honestly hope to never return.

I haven't ridden a Greyhound bus in years. However, due to having to make a stop off after another trip, I decided that due to the closeness of the city I needed to go to that cost of the trip via Greyhound would be more convenient. The staff at my first stop were courteous, not nice, but at least they weren't disrespectful. I arrived safely and on time to my destination. My destination drop-off area was clean and easily accessible to the party picking me up. I must also note that the bus was clean, free of debris, didn't have an odor, and I felt safe on the ride. Thanks for a great experience!

The no eyelash, thin pony tail woman running the Indianapolis station today around 4:30 should be embarrassed at the way she treats people. It seems in her eyes everyone is stupid and bothering her. She was mocking people, cussing, and rolling her eyes. She refused to help anyone and kept telling people things that were obviously untrue, like a bus everyone could still see had driven away with a ladies things. I asked for clarification on what line to be in since the whole place is unorganized and looks like a homeless camp and she told me she would not speak to me again. She was openly hostile to everyone around her and when one man tried to crack a joke she threatened to have him removed and left stranded. One person smoked to close to the station and instead of using her grownup voice and asking him to go to the designated area she immediately threatened to have him locked up. There was even a point where a couple of people missed their bus due to not knowing where it was. Not only would she not help them find out where to go she yelled at them for missing it and made them chase the bus down the road on foot. I don't know what is wrong in that woman's life that has caused her to treat others like that but I hope she finds peace and is kept far away from the innocent public forever.

The Service was terrible. Was told by the Customer Service agent that he was a baby sitter when I asked for help. My bus was an hour late which caused me to miss my connection. From the CSR reps to the drivers I have experienced nothing but rudeness. The bright spot this young driver has shown kindness and patience from Indianapolis to Nashville this morning!!I don't believe I will ever ride greyhound again. The stations are filthy, the restrooms are unacceptable. The restroom in Columbus was put out of order be cause it needed to be cleaned. This is just unacceptable, GREYHOUND PLEASE DO A BETTER JOB.
