I don't like to say that bad things about businesses or people but let me give you an example of something that just happened.
I burn a Blue rhino propane tank for a propane heater in my house every time I go to fill it up it takes 3.5 gallons of propane.
Never has it ever taken 5 gallons of propane so on my visit tonight to bengies Ace hardware.
I was sold 5 gallons of propane in a tank that only takes 3.5 gallons it is a 15 lb blue rhino tank same tank that you use on a barbecue grill same tank that they use as exchange tanks they don't take 5 gallons of propane but I was sold 5 gallons of propane at $4.20 a gallon so basically I was overcharged for a gallon and a half of propane.
I I paid the bill and left okay I should have filled my tank at U-Haul for $3.50 a tank a gallon and nothing like this would have happened okay but since I got busy I I put it off until the last minute they were the only ones open and honestly it was the same price as making an exchange for another tank from somewhere else so you know lesson learned don't take your tank to benges Ace hardware. To get your tank refilled.
I I was being nice and giving them the opportunity to make up for a shortcoming about 3 weeks prior to that when I had stopped to get the propane tank filled and I sat out by the refill station for 35 to 40 minutes and no one ever showed up to refill the tank and so I had just left and”
“Hard to replace a banjo fitted high pressure oil line I needed and these guys spent a good hour assembling me a custom line with the 2 different sized ends I needed

“I cannot express my gratitude enough for Central Supply Company, but most specifically for Jacob P. who works there. My wife and I had our hot water tank end on us after two years, and Jacob did everything in his power to help us. Prior to talking with him, we been on the phone for 6 hours with other people trying to find a solution, but he was the first that seemed to truly want to support and help us with our replacement, working beyond what might be expected. He worked with us with kindness, patience, and education, taking time to validate everything and to ensure we felt comfortable with plans moving forward. He stayed late to help knowing how difficult a situation we were in. If everyone at Central Supply Company is as amazing as Jacob is, I cannot recommend it enough - I've never had such amazing service and support and truly appreciate everything!”
“Rockler is a great spot for woodworking enthusiasts of all levels. There is some top-tier equipment available for just about any project. They also offer (paid) classes for learners. I took a pen making class that helped a ton.
The wood selection is pretty good, and keep an eye out for sales if you aren't set on any type.
The staff are super knowledgeable, so don't hesitate to ask if you need advice.
The downside of Rockler is the prices. It's hard to get into a hobby when the tools cost so much. Personally, I like getting cheaper tools at Harbor Freight to see if I'll use it enough to warrant a more expensive one later. Also, I kind of dread going to the register to hear the weekly sales pitch for whatever is on the counter.”

He's so patient in helping me find the right pieces and then cutting the lumber for me. I'm not comfortable using a saw, so it has been extremely helpful. He also doesn't point, he actually takes you to show you where things are in the store! Amazing customer service, keeps me going back and doing more projects lol.”
