She was at the register when I first walked in the store once the line was down she went and helped the people over at the paint department where a small group of people were waiting. Once the group of people at the paint department were all helped she went back to the register as a line had now formed. She was still so friendly and just making sure to help everyone as quickly as she could without the customers feeling rushed.”

My wife and I had our hot water tank end on us after two years, and Jacob did everything in his power to help us. Prior to talking with him, we been on the phone for 6 hours with other people trying to find a solution, but he was the first that seemed to truly want to support and help us with our replacement, working beyond what might be expected. He worked with us with kindness, patience, and education, taking time to validate everything and to ensure we felt comfortable with plans moving forward. He stayed late to help knowing how difficult a situation we were in. If everyone at Central Supply Company is as amazing as Jacob is, I cannot recommend it enough - I've never had such amazing service and support and truly appreciate everything!”

“Locally owned family business with multiple locations. They had a huge selection with many varieties of hanging baskets, potted plants, bedding plants and bushes and trees. They are also a traditional hardware store and also have a large selection of outdoor furniture. There is even a small restaurant / bistro inside and they sell craft beer there.”

“This is the place to go for inexpensive DIY tools of many kinds. Low prices mean product quality is satisfactory but no more. These are not the contractor-grade tools you'll find at Lowe's or Menard's but still good enough to get most jobs done.”
“I've been doing a summer remodeling project and have made several trips to the Shadeland Lowes location for materials. Aaron in the lumber department has been so helpful! He's so patient in helping me find the right pieces and then cutting the lumber for me. I'm not comfortable using a saw, so it has been extremely helpful. He also doesn't point, he actually takes you to show you where things are in the store! Amazing customer service, keeps me going back and doing more projects lol.”
