Menards is a good store to shop at with reasonable prices and many things to discover. Customers generally like the place and enjoy the 11% cash back offer. The staff is often described as friendly, great, helpful, and caring, with some employees being nice. The in-store inventory is extensive, and the pickup process is very easy and efficient, with quick notification and helpful loading assistance. The delivery crew is also noted as amazing. However, the buying experience for contractors is reported to suck. It involves a long process of walking through the store, getting a purchase order, waiting in line to pay, and then navigating a confusing pickup area at the back where getting forklift help can be very difficult. What should be a quick trip can become a painful hour or more, a problem not experienced at other stores. Some customers also note that while some employees are nice, some are not.
I thank God for this place 🙏 having a knee surgery has really took a toll on me but I must say with companies like Menards and their team members it really shows that God will send elders and disabled people Angels anywhere even at the home improvement stores.continue being a blessing to our community
