“Shawnita was extraordinarily helpful as I checked in she volunteered cart service as well as helping me check in not only was she kind and considerate she went above and beyond making me feel welcome. Please give her a raise ASAP as you need to hire more individuals like Shawnita.
Walkability: Close to the convention center.”

“All good with minor exceptions: no place to hang wet towels in bathroom. Breakfast fine, but the providing seating was inadequate for the number of people using the facility -- more set up for an evening cocktail perhaps than for breakfast. But otherwise excellent.”

“We booked the Victorian Room during the Penn State v Univ of Oregon playoff game (GO DUCKS!). David greeted us upon arrival and throughout our stay ensured our stay was pleasant.
It's a nice old historic building dating back to 1900. The rooms are spacious, all facilities work and it's close to the downtown area. The creaky wood floors and fantastic architecture, to me, certainly differentiates it from the same old cookie cutter hotel.
A simple fare for breakfast is included and family seating offers an opportunity to meet others from across the U.S.. We'd certainly book again should the occasion arise.
As an aside...The downtown area of Indianapolis is very nice. Unlike so many large metro areas, Indianapolis looked to be free of grafitti, very clean, friendly and at times very conversant residents and law enforcement is present.
I'd encourage anyone to book a weekend or longer.”

“Haven't been here in a few years until I heard they were remodeling this place. Decided to see it and I was able to get a new room. It will be perfect when it's finished. They did put apology signs up throughout the hotel for the dust. Also I am sure the rooms are at a temporary discount while the building is still being renovated. I am happy completely different from my last experience here.”
“At the front desk the lady Lovely she is always willing to help. And at the Eagle nest restaurant in the rooftop the lady Teya helped us to get a table and enjoy the amazing food and view.”

“I went there for 2 days and ended up spending 5 I did enjoy the quiet environment the staff was very friendly and helpful a smile awaits you at the front desk can't wait to be back there soon”
“We stayed here for my husband’s work banquet. Very lovely hotel. I didn’t really encounter much of the staff, so I can’t attest to their friendliness. Loved our room for the most part. Bed was comfy, tv was huge, and the bathroom was spacious and very nice! A microwave would be nice to be able to reheat leftovers. My biggest complaint was the shades on the windows. They were hard to pull down because the chains kept tangling, and the furniture placement in front of them made it difficult to reach them! We would stay here again in the future!”

“I stayed here for GenCon 2025. No frills but clean and I didn't feel unsafe. About a 15 minute Uber from the big convention center. The front desk lady was friendly and accommodating. They provided special goodie bags of snacks for GenCon which was appreciated. Would recommend for a quick stay in Indy that won't break the bank.”
“Drove down for the eclipse and the Westin went all out! From the giant countdown timer on the wall to the Indy car in the lobby to the desk staff in astronaut outfits, it's clear they know how to entertain and make for a great experience. The hotel itself has been remodeled and is large enough to host conferences - a plus if you're looking to spread out and enjoy the facilities. There's a well appointed gym on floor three with everything you need. I was a bit disappointed that 2/3 of the pelotons were in need of maintenance. The lounge on floor 3 is also a great place to grab breakfast, have a drink, or work from throughout the day. Stepping into the room, you'll be delighted by the spacious bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space for sleeping, working, and relaxing. The bed and linens are super soft and you look forward to sleeping in at the end of the day. An added bonus that this property is in the heart of downtown and steps to the capitol, restaurants, museum, etc.”

“Love drurys...wish they had more locations...usually clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. This location is right off I 69 which is under construction but it wasn't hard to get to. Also heard no road noise. I can always eat something at drurys even with my multiple food sensitivities. Staff very friendly.”

“We checked in this evening for a 2 night stay, and I'm already utterly charmed, from the large and comfortable room to the original art by local artists to the baskets of tea in the common room with an electric kettle. Even fresh flowers in the room. We had a long, stressful day of travel to get here, and this was what I needed.”

“While a Hampton Inn is not a luxury hotel brand, this is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It seemed brand new, despite being 8 years old.
Super friendly staff. Nice, big rooms. Gym was bigger than expected. Didn't eat breakfast there. But the coffee and tea station was a huge plus.
Lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
Well done ??”
“Home2 is my favorite Hilton brand, and this one might be the best one I’ve been to. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly (shoutout to Arieyanna), and the breakfast was well-stocked with various options.Rooms: I love that Home2 has a mini full kitchen in the room along with plenty of counter and storage space. I was also amused by the shape of the shower for some reason (and speaking of the shower, it was nice that there were little shelves in there). Most hotel bathrooms only have one outlet, but this one had two. I just wish that there had been lotion and soap dispensers by the sink instead of just a bar of soap.Food & drinks: The continental breakfast in the morning had great variety and was well-stocked. There were restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.”

“Excellent hotel!
Before coming, I called the hotel twice. Both times they answered on the first ring and were really helpful.
The location is AMAZING! A hop, skip and a jump away from the arena and many great restaurants. A ten minute walk from the popular Mass Ave. Across the street from bus station. Safe and clean area.
Our room was spacious, practical and clean. Clean bathroom. Hot shower. Plenty of towels. Very quick room service.
The cleaning staff was efficient and delightful.
Kate and her team at the front desk were professional and friendly and wonderful to be around.
Very comfortable lobby.
If you are travelling with a wheelchair, the hotel is very accessible. Very spacious and well thought out rooms.
Walkability: Walking distance from many great spots.”
“Excellent place, thank you very much for the very attentive service and congratulations. The room is very clean and tidy. Congratulations to the entire team who do a good job for a good stay for the clients. Thank you for everyone's good work.”
“Really nice hotel. Good shower and comfortable bed. Good Internet and TV. Clean room and good coffee in the morning. A couple of nice restaurants right out front. It can get pricey. About 30 minutes to IMS if no traffic. But there is traffic. Located in a kind of sterile area of car dealerships and mirrored glass commercial buildings.”
“Stayed here for American Coatings Show in 23 and 24. Great location next to convention center and restaurants. Kati at front desk was very nice, learned my name and said good morning to me everyday day. Bed was extremely comfortable, I'm looking to buy some of the same pillows online. Custom elevator music and unique perfume are nice touches.”

“My wife picked this location and kept telling me what a great choice she made. I watched the Bills win on Monday night football in the lounge. I watched my daughter's family swim in the pool. And grandkids played boardgames with Grandma and me in the expansive lobby. The breakfast choices were also a great start to each day.
Nearby activities: The burger joint next door is worth one visit for lunch or dinner.”
“This place is lovely! We were on the first floor so it was comfortable and quiet. They do conveniently Supply ear plugs if you feel the noise of the planes going over bother you, but I believe they have done their best to build the hotel with as much noise dampening material as they can!”
“This B&B was perfect for us. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. It was worth every dime we spent. The staff was excellent. The treatmentGiven to you~ 5stars. Our innkeeper was thoughtful, friendly, kind, and informative of the area. We felt like we were visiting a friends home!! Everything was very clean, the home & rooms smelled nice. The breakfast offered was nice too.The only downside. Hard to locate the parking area. But once found easy to get to.We will definitely be returning and do recommend it for anyone!Rooms: Our room was wonderful. Plenty of space, very clean, plenty of plush pillows and a wonderfully comfortable bed. You felt safe, it was quiet, and loved the historic abeyance.Nearby activities: A hidden gem, The Benjamin Harrison Presidential house, only a 5 minute walk, a wonderful full tour of home, staff was amazing and extremely friendly & helpful. With in a 15 to 20 minute drive to any number of amazing locations. Circle square, museums, art galleries, Eateries, quaint shops, and so much more. Also, the Indianapolis Zoo is amazing.Safety: Felt very safe”

“From the moment I arrived, the staff at the Staybridge Suites Hotel were welcoming and attentive. I been coming to this Hotel for months now and all the staff is always attentive and friendly, The check-in process was swift and seamless, with the front desk staff providing a warm welcome. They were quick to accommodate my early check-in request and took the time to explain all the amenities available during my stay.
Love this Hotel, my go-to place in Indy.
Rooms: Rooms were very clean and well maintained
Nearby activities: Front desk provided me with a list of fun places to check around.
Safety: I feel safe while staying at the hotel
Food & drinks: They have a delicious breakfast with lots of options and a Social hour.”
“This is such a unique place. If you're looking q place that makes you think of The Shining this is the place. Lol. It really is in a good creepy way. It's centrally located so it was amazing. But please know if you have any kind of physical disability then this is not the place for you. The elevator wasn't working so we had to take the manual elevator. So thst means if no one is there to operate it you have to clime the stairs to your room. Yeah...that isn't good. But would I stay here again? Absolutely!! We all still had an amazing time.”

“This is a nice hotel for the price. Very close to the airport and I also have an airport shuttle. When I came in, I got checked in really quick and I got an upgrade because of my Platinum status. The suite was huge and was very nice.
The room was nice and it had like a full living room, and then the bedroom was really big and off of the main living room area, there is a small balcony.
Rooms: The suite that I got upgraded to was big. It was like a small apartment with a living room and a really large bedroom with two beds.
It was very comfortable, very clean and also there was a small balcony.
Nearby activities: Is very close to the airport and probably about a 15-minute drive from downtown and other major activities.
Walkability: Not really much nearby within walking distance period
Food and drinks: There is the cafe downstairs with good food the menu is a little bit small but the food is good.
Noteworthy details: They have an airport shuttle.”

“Stayed for our anniversary and we loved it. The suites are all individual and don’t connect to each other. Was really relaxing and was able to get out and explore some as well. It was clean and well maintained. Will definitely be returning!”
