SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Keystone is a really nice hotel noted for being extremely clean and well-maintained, with a wonderful smell. The rooms are clean and nicely laid out, featuring comfortable beds, good showers, good Internet, and good TV. Guests appreciate the good coffee in the morning and a breakfast with plenty of nice options. The hotel offers amenities like a nice size indoor pool, a really big gym, and an outdoor basketball court, which is a big plus. It also has really nice disabled parking facilities. The location is convenient with a couple of nice restaurants right out front, though it is in an area described as sterile, near car dealerships and commercial buildings. It is about 30 minutes to IMS with no traffic, but traffic is common. Some guests find it can get pricey. There are some noted issues. Check-in for SpringHill Suites is at the Residence Inn lobby, which needs to be communicated better. The walls are extremely thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms. Some room items, like the fridge, have a two-hour time limit, making it impractical. Occasional maintenance problems include a sink without hot water (though the shower has it) and dust on furniture like the ironing bench. While some requests made via app were not initially fulfilled, the staff, including front desk personnel, are generally described as great, kind, and helpful in following through on requests, even assisting with returning lost items. Overall, the stay is considered nice, and the hotel is recommended.
