ATM took my cash and this is day 3 of not depositing it in my account after being on the phone with customer service 30 min twice

I know it was late in the day, but I arrived at 4:53 pm, and the bankers had left. There were only tellers. This is extremely poor service.

My father passed away over a year ago. The bank refuses to close down my father's accounts. They insist I bring my 88-year-old mother on an 8-hour trip to sign a piece of paper. They have been provided with a death certificate.
