Huntington Bank provides a wide range of banking services, including personal checking and savings accounts, business banking, and wealth management. With over 800 full-service branches and 1,300 ATM locations, the bank serves its customers through a extensive network. While the bank generally receives positive feedback, one customer experienced an issue with a frozen ATM on a Sunday, expressing concern about the bank's ability to handle cyber attacks. However, other customers have had exceptional experiences, particularly with Lauronai, an employee who went above and beyond to assist customers, even after business hours, and was praised for her compassion and helpfulness during difficult times.
ATM is frozen on a Sunday and customer service is unable to remotely reset it or contact anyone to help. So, I can't get my own money out from my own bank. Huge loss of confidence in their ability to withstand a cyber attack of they can't even remote restart a machine.

Today I drove to 3 different Huntington banks. The last one I went to, Lauronai was truly wonderful. My mom just passed away and her and her branch manager did ever they could to help me in my time of need. Thank you so much,and God Bless you both and your entire staff you guys are truly amazing.

I went there today and only the drive thru was open— makes it difficult to access safety deposit box. Maybe I should make an appointment??This used to be a good branch to do business with, but they appear to have lost their experienced help.
