“What a great and alert organization. Although the building is old, the people inside are thoughtful and capable. I was involved in a phone scam this last week regarding my grandson reportedly needing bail money after a traffic accident. The instructions seemed a little strange, but there did seem to be some urgency, so I decided to withdraw the needed funds before deciding what the next step should be. The teller apparently detected my uncertainty and called on her supervisr, Cher Ballinger, to help. Ms. Ballinger took me aside and suggested some ways to check on the information. When tried them on my computer and phone there was no definite confirmation/refutation of the caller's info, but I decided to cancel the withdrawal and wait, a very wise (and comforting) solution.”

“This location is staffed with some really patient, friendly, well-trained, and knowledgeable folks that will explain things to you and help you out. I go in here pretty regularly to make deposits and once or twice a year to discuss or learn more about financial planning. Schwab checking rocks, their retirement saving plans are legit too. I really love their customer service for both of these services.”

“I love PNC since I switched over. I love that the bank by my work and the bank by my house both allow you to get singles from the ATM versus just big bills. I never have to wait there banking is fast and easy and I love it. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a decent bank. The rules for you debit card are easy to use and remember. As long as you deposit so much amount of money your good and dont have to worry about fees and what not.”

“I had to call this PNC branch just now for assistance and the lady that spoke with me (Meredith) was great! She was very professional and friendly and extra helpful. When we go places that other people also go to, there are going to be lines and wait times. People having to do business is not a quick and fast operation, especially when you also have to deal with computers. We all need to learn patience and be thankful that we can go to a bank where we can have our money. Not everyone does. We all make mistakes and we need to give people who try to serve us a break. None of us do our jobs perfectly.”
