“I have been here twice before, and it is my preferred branch to visit in Indianapolis. I love the building itself, its an old building with beautiful architecture like ornate moulding and chandeliers inside.
I have also really enjoyed the service I received. I had to cash some paper treasury bonds, which I have never done before. The staff, and especially Dakiya, informed me of the process and walked me through it. They were friendly and patient during the process as well.”
