The first time I went for my appointment, no one was there and I waited about 25 minutes. HOWEVER, I made another appointment for a couple days later and there was a lady working there who was extremely kind and helpful.

I stopped on the Walmart on us 31 I had plenty of questions in regards to my taxes! Brandi was very respectful and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions and I was able to book an appointment for her to do my taxes!
