Jiffy Lube in Indianapolis offers fast, quality oil changes with no appointment necessary. The service is quick, and the staff is wonderful, super friendly, respectful, and responsible. The technicians are trained and know what they are talking about, providing a good experience. They take very good care of vehicles, offering honest assessments without adding unneeded services. The shop is clean and comfortable, with a positive environment and excellent vibe. Customers can stay in their car or wait in the lounge, appreciating the attention and clear communication about service options.
The help at this Jiffy Lube location is very kind, efficient, and helpful. I don’t normally use Jiffy Lube, but I was in a situation where I needed a nearby tire repair. If I ever use Jiffy Lube again, I will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

The employees are professional. They thoroughly researched the problem and showed care in resolving the problem. Manager Mitch's customer service is great. I'm glad this is the local store closest to my home.
