We did have an issue, the countertop was cut as a backsplash, but it was cut too high and the microwave wouldn't fit. The contractor tried to make it work but it wouldn't.
I called Tyler at Peak Stone, and he responded with kindness and genuine concern for my situation. He promised a call from Mari the next day with a game plan to fix things.
Just as promised, I received a call the next morning. I was given a new window to have the team come out and fix the backsplash. They showed up on time and quickly fixed the issue.
I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to a friend!”

“We used Indy Home Design Center to help with our kitchen remodel. We did all the work ourselves & Genta did a great job helping us navigate the cabinet & countertop ordering process. There were a few minor problems when we received our cabinets & she contacted Kraftmaid to order replacements which were received in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this company’s services!”

“Stuff changes every few weeks. Most prices are half of normal. But that's sometimes at least 60% of stock is my guess. I always save when shopping here. Household stuff and some food. Kind of like a small KMart.”
“My old kitchen was the work of a home depot warrior...from the 2nd to worst cabinets available to the counter top that was held down with too long of screws causing bumps in the counter all over. If you had eyes, you knew it was terrible. We came to cabinets to-go and Rory (and tim) took great care of us. I uploaded some photos. Cabinets are amazing quality and Rory is really a professional at kitchen design. Either hire your own trusted contactor to do this work or do it yourself, but these cabinets have to be put together. They are worth it in the end! Would recommend these high-end cabinets! Their partnership with Majestic Stone for the countertop makes the whole missions seamless. Thanks for all the help Rory! Also, their customer service is top notch, you can simply send them an email and they will respond. I like this VS companies that insist on calling you on the phone for some reason”

“I caught myself in an unfortunate situation this morning heading to work, when I was driving down North Franklin heading to work. My vehicle had succumbed to a flat tire due to road conditions and massive potholes on Franklin. I utilized the Ferguson plumbing supply parking lot to make a quick repair and get on my way. After some struggle I felt so defeated with my car, when not one but three Ferguson employees came to my aid. I didn't get their names, but I really appreciate it all their assistance, time, and effort this morning. The parking lot was well lit making it a safe place for me to stop as well. This company is lucky to have employees who care so much for those of us caught up in a bind. You guys rock and I'm so thankful.”

“The Pathfinder School which is run by SRO in SE Ohio is outstanding. I have taken 2 courses, my wife 1 - and are attending another in the near future. The knowledge and depth of care as it relates to learning that the instructors provide is 10/10 worth every penny. They are absolute professionals and excellent at what they do. Sign yourself up, forget the office, keeping track of politics (they are very apolitical at the school), etc etc for the weekend and learn some useful skills.”

“The customer service experience I had with this merchant is the best I have had is in the past 20 years or so. Firstly, the price of the item I ordered was very competitive. Then, I got a call from a real person who actually spoke English - really? - confirming my order, informing me of the incoming email with a tracking number for my shipment by FedEx. Then I got a detailed invoice for the order shipped. Item arrived in 2 days. Recently, I spend 15 minutes explaining to a United airlines rep based in Asia what skis are.
