Kroger Company is a busy warehouse that requires appointments for deliveries. Drivers should arrive and park on the side of the road near the facility, as parking on the premises is not allowed. Upon arrival, drivers check in at the guard shack, where friendly staff provide instructions and confirm the appointment. It is mandatory to wear a high-visibility reflective vest when checking in. The guard shack staff is helpful and provides clear guidance on the unloading process. Usually, drivers are asked to wait outside until a door becomes available, which can sometimes take a few hours. The unloading is done by Capstone lumpers, and the process can take around two to three hours. Some drivers have reported being unloaded earlier than their appointment time, with overall positive experiences, though wait times can vary. The facility has portapotties for drivers, but no other amenities. Delivery is straightforward, but patience is needed for the waiting period.

The guard told me “that sucks” when I told him the signs on the street say no parking. This Kroger makes you park on the street illegally to check in.

I did read the reviews before delivering to this facility, as others said, I parked on the road, wore reflective vest and checked in at guard shack before appointment, they took me in 30 minutes before appointment and unload was completed with paperwork in hand in about two hours total. Thank you.
