Kroger, a local grocery store, offers a convenient and down-to-home shopping experience, according to customer reviews. While the store may be small in size, it is known for its friendly and helpful staff who take pride in their work. However, some customers have noted issues with stock availability, particularly for popular items like salad dressings and drinks. The store also lacks traditional checkout counters, relying solely on self-scanners, which some customers find inconvenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, Kroger remains a neighborhood favorite for many, providing a better shopping experience than the larger Washington Street location.
No deli or bakery. Limited selection compared to other locations. They should definitely expand.

We are visiting the Old Nortside and I popped in for a quick trip. The store manager Mohamed was super, helping me wrangle the Fry’s account I have to work at Kroger! Then, the cashier. Sandra was sweet and friendly. This is a great place to shop.

Regularly a 15-20 minute wait to checkout. Employees either laugh or throw their hands up in frustration. It’s quicker to go to Michigan Street.
