Kroger is a popular one-stop shop for a wide range of quality food and household products. Customers appreciate the affordable prices, especially on drinks and meats, as well as the fresh produce department. The staff is generally helpful, with one cashier going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when a shopper had trouble with the store's app. However, some customers have noticed a decline in the store's quality and safety in recent times, with reports of shootings in the area leading one customer to avoid the location. Despite occasional long lines, the store is described as a traditional neighborhood grocery store that usually has the items customers are looking for in stock. While one incident of a shoplifting altercation caused some damage to the store's security system, the staff and customers worked together to resolve the situation.
I had a wonderful experience at this Kroger Pharmacy! The pharmacist was extremely helpfud and patient. I really appreciate their great customer service and welcoming attitude. Highly recommended!

Store seems better under new manager. The toilets could do with an upgrade. The store manager was very helpful and a delight to deal with. Area is a bit dodgy.

Quick and easy almost every time I go, just wish the prices were lower, it’s hectic out here these days
