Kayla, Monique, & Jasmine went above and beyond for me today! The kindness & patience shown by all of these ladies was truly remarkable!
I had a cake ordered and didn’t really know where to pick up. Kayla stepped up quickly and assisted me with everything I needed to know. Jasmine kindly walked me to where to pick up my cake & after receiving it and not being satisfied with the colors and decoration, Kayla again exceeded my expectations for a last minute resort.
She wrote what I asked her on the cake, found some football rings and did some decorations for us! Truly grateful for the all of the ladies help today & my son absolutely LOVED it!!!!

There service sucks out of water and crackers wow the canceled my order because one thing they where out of stock and I will not shop the no more went there same day and stuff was in stock and they have mice running round nasty I am done with this store I called board of health

Don’t ever got to customer service in the morning, they will walk past you like you don’t even exist. No “hello”, No “we open at this time”, No acknowledgment what so ever”, who is in charge over there??? Fire them!!!

This store is trash and sucks just like the STORE MANAGER. I believe his name was Matt. I left some groceries there and called the store as soon as I realized that I didn't have all of my groceries. Someone at customer service verified that I did in fact leave my groceries, even verifying the exact items in the bag I left. I go back to the store 2 days later and the store manager runs the cameras twice and tell me that he didn't see me leave anything behind, even though an employee verified that I did leave my items. He made me feel like a complete idiot and his attitude suck as a store manager. The fact that I left a bag of food, called and verified that I left the bag of food, which was verified the same day I left it, approximately an hour after, let's me know you guys cameras suck. How can yall catch shoplifters if the cameras can't even pickup customers leaving items at the store? How can you be a store manager and not even know the number to the store that you manage? This store MANAGEMENT SUCKS.

I go to this Kroger literally everyday, as it's 1 minute from my house.
Last night 12/30/24, I went to this Kroger. Was completely mistreated by management by none of my doing.
Bakery messed up and was selling brownies, 1 cent. I grabbed 3 of them as I got kids. Went grabbed rest my groceries, went to self check out. I told the employee these say with a kroger card 1 cent. She looked at me and said oh someone messed up. She said do you want them, I literally said we'll if I get them for the 1 cent. If not I'll just take 1. She overrided all 3 as none had a barcode to scan, gave them to me for a penny. I continue check out my stuff. She comes back ask are there more, I said a ton. She said oh I'm calling management, thank you.
Nothing else was said
So management cones to front as I'm leaving, I hear the employee say her, she has them for penny.
So management proceeds to yell at me
" Hey, you, excuse me stop! I said me. She said yes, I said what I do I've paid.
She said I'm going to need see your receipt. Mind you, if you know Linwood Kroger, tons people there all the time.
Everyone was looking at me, I give her the receipt, She said these are not a penny, I said we'll package says they are, and your employee had to over ride it. The lady begins to take my bag and starts taking them out. I said um no. My groceries are paid
She said don't talk me like that. I said I'm not but your not going treat me like I did wrong. She yells at me and tells me leave.
What a true professional would done, would worried about the other 30 setting in Bakery that was for penny still. Instead of treating me the way she did in front of everyone.
Worry about people running out door with cans baby formula or bags food, or I don't know having a employee clean that store before treating a valuable customer the way this lady did. Humiliated, my anxiety was through rough. Sat in my car 5 minutes and cried, if u have anxiety you know.
Sick this place
No one at this store seems care at all besides select few

This is, without exaggeration, the worst Kroger in the city, if not the state.
There will never be carts to grab inside. If there are, they will wobbly or broken, guaranteed.
There are next to zero cashiers at any given time, and you'll often ending up spending an hour in this store.
Often, the place literally smells like an actual toilet as you walk in.
The produce is stale and lifeless, if not straight up rotten.

They make your feel like a criminal when asking for a rain check . I spent 20 minutes of my time for girl at the office to double check to make sure they where out of jack,s pepperoni pizza instead of taken my word for it and she argued it was not in the add when it was in the 4 for 10 . This Krogers lack compassion and customer service .
