Full service lanes all closed because everyone was on a break. My friend, an older woman is uncomfortable with self checkout and had to wait for 20 minutes for a lane to open

Store is usually stocked. Cashiers are mouthy and disrespectful they got a number to make and it shows. The baggers are nowhere to be found. As someone who did self checkout I believe I was the best cashier and bagger in Kroger. but I didn’t like my attitude when “help is on the way” kept coming on the display.
