The customer service at the store is horrid. From the cashier, to the manager, everyone comes across so rude. It’s highly unprofessional. I’ve even tried the pickup in which I waited over an hour for my groceries. I will never shop at that Kroger again. I never leave reviews, but thought I would just to warn others so they don’t have to experience the unprofessionalism of that store.

This kroger is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY.
1. We had to go through at least a half-dozen carts before we found one with a working seat belt. Someone is gonna get sued over this.
2. Their employees are rude and unknowledgable about restroom accommodations.
3. Management was better but it didn't make up for the rude employees.
Go somewhere else and get better service! 🙃

The customer service team at this location is extremely unpleasant. Don't expect clear communication or civility if you have to deal with them.

I’ve had the worst customer service ever in my life. Manager Tomika was mean and RACIST toward my ethnicity (I’m Latino) she had the audacity to ask for my legal status and Identification just to get some cashback. I asked her for her name and she REFUSED to give it to me then proceeds to LAUGH in my face. I usually go to the Kroger in Carmel by my house and have never been asked for my identification nor been treated so horribly. I don’t think I want to ever come back to Kroger. She needs to be FIRED. I'm not sure what's causing the smell when you enter but FIX IT! The expired meat (packages of chicken where the plastic starts to bubble up) FIX IT! The inconsistent customer service desk hours HIRE SOME HELP AND FIX IT! The elder woman with the blonde braids, her attitude....FIX IT! I've been in this area 3 years now, and this store is going downhill Fast. There are some dope people who work here and I'd hate to see this raggedy store close down and they become misplaced. Whomever the Regional Manager is, they definitely need to get in here and Address these issues before this store goes under.

Self checkout attendant decided her phone was more important than 2 customers waiting for her. Only 1 main lane open if you wanted to pay with cash.

This has been our primary grocery store for years. It's never been perfect, but convenient. However, lately produce or perishable items are completely unreliable. Taking moldy or clearly expired produce out of our pickup bag and placing it directly in the trash has become an expensive routine.

Went there Tuesday afternoon. No checkout lanes open...only self check-out. They have highest grocery prices and then you have to do self check-out. I will start going to Walmart.

Noone ever answers the phone.. customer service doesn't exist and you can never contact anyone to get a job.. I've been trying to get a job there for several months.. I haven't spoken with anyone who hires or manages the store.. very sad.. I'm switching stores..

Store smelled like something had died and was rotting. Lots of staff walking around the front but literally nobody on a register. Super long lines, everyone forced to use self check. The old lady with short blonde finger waves opened a register with an attitude, didn't speak to me or even give me my total. When I asked her to give me my total or why she didn't speak to me her response was "that's not my job". Never going to back to that stinky negative Kroger ever!

They didn't know one of the cold cuts had gone past code date till I asked for it. It's the simple things that let you know if you should shop at a location, this was it for me never again

I was at the deli counter in the morning. There were three workers at the time of my arrival, all what appeared to be busy with deli chores. One looked up and saw me but wouldn't make eye contact and a few minutes later the youngest of them spoke to me from far across the deli, she couldn't walk up to the counter, not sure why. I had to raise my voice to give her my order. I appeared to be an inconvenience to her that morning as she had an unfriendly attitude. This is not my neighborhood Kroger and my first experience with this deli but I refuse to shop for lunch meat here again. They need better costumer service training in friendliness.
