I called wanting a quote. Sam was very helpful and informative. She gave the chance to ask questions and made sure I was happy with my policy coverage. I switched to Kyle Hale several years ago and have unfortunately had to file both homeowners and vehicle claims. Have yet to have a problem. Very fair rates and very kind and patient service.
