Laundry & Tan Connection, located on Madison Ave, is a clean and well-maintained business, open 24 hours. The staff, including the general manager, are dedicated to maintaining a spotless environment, as they are constantly cleaning. The tanning facilities receive compliments for providing a natural-looking tan and are noted to be clean and well-maintained. The laundry side of the business is large, well-stocked with a huge selection of washers and dryers, and is described as professionally run. Customers appreciate that the new giant dryers even take cards, eliminating the need for quarters. Although the laundry side can be hot at times, the employees are friendly and work hard to keep the place tidy. Many find it to be the cleanest laundry location in Indy and enjoy the ample seating available compared to other laundromats. Despite some minor issues, such as an elevated floor that can trip people, Laundry & Tan Connection remains an affordable and convenient option for both laundry and tanning needs.
There are lots of washers and dryers and you don't have to wait at all. I was there maybe an hour and it was very clean and never once did it smell like mildew. So I'm going to go to laundry and tan for now on.
