“Anyone that steps into the journey of using a C-Pap machine for the first time like myself had a lot of questions. Then I met "Mel" aka Melissa. To say that she answered any and all of my questions & concerns is an understatement. She was professional yet eager and "prepared" for whatever I needed to know. From set up to cleaning, ordering supplies... if she told you how you needed to maintain your equipment she also explained why and the negative result of not doing it correctly. She also went over - of course - the many benefits of how my machine would vastly improve my overall health. I physically felt better walking out of their facility before ever getting the chance to use my new equipment.”
