Fantastic customer service, personable etc. Went above and beyond to explain a few things to avoid questions later, much appreciated.”

“Hello, Recently my Android kept freezing up & had multiple issues. Multiple viruses had taken over. Two nice young men. Lameire & Malcom Clemens assisted me. They were extremely nice & very helpful. Every discount & options that were available to me were fully explained. The store was getting an influx of customers. Enter Pon who is the ultimate manager of the store. Very intelligent & personable. Pon has great leadership skills & is a great multitasker.
I had to remove a freeze on the 3 credit agency's. Pon helped me get thru some issues.
Now I am on the 55 plus plan. Save some money on my fixed income. Everything is good now. Plus I received 2 promotional items. “We went into Verizon today to switch carriers and go to Verizon. Jeremiah greeted us as soon as we entered the store and was very willing to help us and answer any questions we had. Jeremiah did very well about explaining everything to us and the different plans, phones, etc. We even had to deal with xfinity taking awhile for a transfer pin and he never once seemed annoyed or anything at all! He explained everything so well and we are more than pleased with the experience! We will always come back to this location & we are more than happy to be with Verizon now and thank Jeremiah for making the experience easy and enjoyable and for answering all of the questions for us!!”
