The business buys, sells, and trades all day, every day, with a relentless focus on customer service and great selection at great prices. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful, providing fair and thorough service. Their full-service repair department does everything from guitar restrings and setups to amplifier repair, completing work expertly and often earlier than expected. They are highly recommended for getting important instruments repaired and playing beautifully. Great vibe here! Guitar Center didn’t have what we needed. Turns out this is the spot. Great gear selection — all the standards + some really cool bespoke stuff. Staff were friendly & offered great customer service. This store is legit. Never going back to GC!!

Over time...some musical items are not used anymore...so I've taken them here...from floor pedals to guitars..always have I found these gentlemen to be fair ,thorough and respectful.
