So far, every time I call they seem very nice and super helpful! The phone calls are answered in less than 10 minutes!

I worked there some years ago. Best company I've ever worked for. I'm in awe of the negative reviews because I can tell u as I was a benefit consultant there; they are awesome. The do have to adhere to laws however....perhaps that's why folks are unhappy. One america is a stand up co. Give them a chance.
