No one answers the phone ! I don't care how busy everyone is. Someone needs to answer the phone!!!

Since moving to Indy, we have banked with PNC. This is a nice small branch that works hard to get you in and out quickly. They have been very helpful when we needed their services. They have a person sitting near the entrance, who greets you and points you in the right direction for your needs.

If you want to be listened to and assisted, I don't advise going to this branch. Representative named Kim made me feel rushed through my appointment and then shoved a credit card in my face as a "solution" to my issue. Not a good experience.
