I can’t say enough bad about this branch. Every time I’m in there I deal with wonderful employees whose hands are tied by one bank policy or another. And the branch manager Chelsea couldn’t be more rude when it comes to attempting to address those issues. If you are going to use PNC avoid this branch

Horrible customer service. On a Saturday at 11:00 a.m. they only had one teller working both the lobby and the drive-thru I waited literally 8 minutes in the Drive-Thru for someone to tell me they were busy and it was going to be another 15 to 20 minutes
