Now I have dealt with Public before which is why I returned. I went to this location and they did not honor my reservation although I came to my reservation. I was told that I reserved the promotion but not the space so although I paid for a specific space I didn’t get it because somebody else went online and claimed it. Now I’m stuck with a storage that’s not even accommodating to my things.

This is the worst place to store anything. This storage is on the eastside of indy and they sure do take advantage of people that live in the area. Cons 1. Will not answer the phone 2. Not at all informative. 3. Will cut into the wall of your storage to see what is there. Will fluctuate prices Starting out high and then go higher. Mice will make chip bites on your furniture/ wood items. These people are basically incompetent when it comes to answering questions you might have. But will ring your phone off the hook and send emails constantly. After being one day late. There is alot of lies and inconsistencies with these people. Most can be very forceful and rude as well when it comes to that monthly money. This public storage IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT!The storage bill is actually a car payment. And when they find that you are moving out the emails start to come about WERE SORRY YOUR LEAVING WHAT EVER WHAT EVER WHAT EVER. NEVER AGAIN

Go somewhere else. Bait and switch on the pricing, website doesn’t work, bad customer service, just a terrible way of doing business altogether. Wasted almost an hour of my time and the only bright side is that I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Hershey helped a lot with getting me a new unit. Had some issues with the first one and she got me taken care of within minutes!
