They answered all questions, walked customers through easy navigation, and helped get new units quickly. Issues with a unit were taken care of within minutes. The office is nice and the representative was very resourceful, polite, and showed how to use a lock. Public Storage is recommended to family and friends. Today customers find the process easy.
