Staff are helpful and accommodating, and members enjoy samples and special items. However, the cafe is ran like a train wreck and carts need to be brought in more frequently. Shoppers should watch out for pan handlers in the parking lot.
1st visit to this location. Very clean & organized store, wasn't too crowded. No long lines, friendly staff, especially the sample crew, I loved their energy. Cafe had a line when we arrived & throughout our shopping trip, more staff was needed in that area. Overall, it was a great experience.

It says that they are open until 8, but I got there at 7:45 and the doors are locked? Seems like they don't want last minute business?
