“The main reason I keep renewing my Sam’s Club membership is so I can have access to this pharmacy. My dad is disabled and has a lot of prescriptions, and I take care of him, so I am usually at this pharmacy at least once a week. They have the best prices and the BEST customer service. Always so friendly and happy to help with any questions I have. I mean these people really have charisma.
And the automated texting system is wonderful too - they make it a lot easier for me to keep track of what needs refilled, and they will text and let me know if something’s out of refills and ask if I want them to contact the provider to request more. It might not seem like a big deal to someone who rarely needs to go to the pharmacy, but when you’re caring for a loved one, this is a big part of my routine, and this place genuinely makes my day to day life easier.”

“I had a great experience getting two pairs of glasses with Tong. He is so knowledgeable and thoughtful. When hearing that it would be my first time getting progressive lenses, he patiently walked me through the caveats. When I came back for adjustment, he kindly replaced the original plastic nose pads with softer silicone ones, and adjusted the angles for me. I am super impressed with Tong’s professionalism and kindness.”

“The Costco Hearing Center on East 86th St, Indianapolis is outstanding. The audiologist, Jamieson, is fabulous. She has tested my hearing several times over the last 5 years, and my hearing loss has worsened, much more in the left ear during the past 12 months. Because of the rapid asymmetrical hearing loss, she insisted that I see an ENT physician before selling me hearing aids. The ENT's audiologist repeated the audiogram, which matched Jamieson's audiogram exactly. The ENT physician agreed that additional testing was required. An MRI of my brain and temporal bones (including the inner and middle ears) showed no tumor or other treatable cause of asymmetrical hearing loss. He recommended proceeding with hearing aids at Costco. Jamieson fitted me with Jabra Enhance Pro 30 hearing aids, which significantly improved my hearing in both ears. One week later my left hearing aid stopped playing the audiobook on my android phone, and Jamieson noticed that I had inadvertently turned off LE Audio in my cell phone settings. She turned it back on, solving the problem. Jamieson and the staff have been very courteous and conscientious. All of my appointments have been on time. Costco, Jamieson, and the hearing aids greatly exceeded my expectations.”

“They have always been good to us. Sometimes the waits are long (2hrs) but you are usually getting a free/discounted service. I've had many tires replaced for either free or prorated. Even our specialty ordered 295/35/21 (a $370 tire) was warrantied.”
“I bought a set of Michelin Defender LTX M/S2. 275/50 R22 115H XL BSW tires. I think in reviews it’s important to tell you exactly what size tire. I had the factory Bridgestone Duelers removed which only had 20,000 miles on them and probably good for two more years. Unfortunately those tires are total dog poop on an Armada and although quiet and fine on dry roads totally worthless in snow and even cornering on wet pavement is terrible. These Michelin tires are fantastic so far but only tried on wet roads no snow yet. It was instantly better and could tell immediately. After they were changed I immediately drove to 465 highway. They were quiet and the balance was perfect. Armada has tire pressure display and that was right on. Installation was obviously done great. No complaints. Front service desk lady was very nice and customer friendly. I used to go to Discount Tire but they aren’t what they used to be. I’m very happy with the deal and warranty Costco offers.”
“It is what it is. Wasn't too happy to find out they do not sale any Frozen cheese pizza. only pork and cauliflower pizza. They do have a variety of other Foods there that you will love to buy. And their so-called fresh pizza sucks. When I ordered it I only have to wait 3 minutes because it was already made”
“Sam’s Club is the only place I get gas and yes you must have a membership to enjoy the perks of low gas prices. It does get busy but you can use any pump regardless of which side your gas cap is on just adjust the gas pump. Been a member for over 14 years best decision. Best word of advice setup and Scan and Go for the pump scan your phone at the pump that easy best feature ever. That is the only way I get gas and grocery shop👍🤗”

“I was greeted when I walked in. The store was clean. I went through self checkout. They had some good deals. I'm normally a Costco girlie but I also have a membership at Sam's too. Some items were cheaper at Costco and some were cheaper at Sam's. Going during the day, the lines were nowhere near as long as Costco. Also, it wasnt a hassle getting in the store and leaving the store so I really appreciated that.”

“It's not convenient in any way shape or form. Getting there is just half the battle. Trying to choose a lane requires anti-anxiety medication. Double dose! Then the hurry up and wait, and finally the prayer that pumping will go smoothly. So many things can go wrong. But the desire not to hold up the line is antagonizing. Good thing I got a hybrid, so I only come here once a month. The irony is that I still come here. Who doesn't love a challenge?!”
